So the summer season is upon us. Lets us all welcome it with a round of ice creams or coke. But first lets know what are a few things you should take care this summer . We all like going to hill stations don’t we but we should always be careful of our bright sun which will start blazing these few months. So here are a few things you should be adhered to while enjoying the heat of the sun.
FOOD HABITS TO TAKE CARE OF:
HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE:
YEP Always the rule No.1 for summers. Keep up with the water level in your body. you should always have enough water inside you . I said water or did that sound like coke.
HAVE HEALTHY BREAKFAST’S:
There you go have something healthy in your breakfasts there should be a little heavy and healthy butter toast, fresh juices of fruits or vegetables, fruit charts that contain most of the water portion.
ADD NUTS TO YOUR DIET CHART:
Nuts ya why in summer? ….because you got to face the scorching heat and your body will get enough to face it from none but the nuts.
ADD FRUITS AND JUICES SECTION TO YOUR MEAL PLAN
Who doesn’t like to have fruits . But in summers they are must. Fruits like Watermelon Papaya help you maintain the water level inside your body and all those proteins and vitamins they provide are a plus. So always remember to have fruits stocked inside you Fridges SUMMER IS COMING

Well summer heat has a great impact on our skin and body. There are few necessary things you should always be careful with in summers . Summer comes with a lot of skin problems lots of sweating, dryness, skin problems like tan, sun burns, pimples, heat rashes, blemishes and much more. You should always know how to take care of your skin properly to look vibrant in summers
OFFCOURSE sunscreens ain’t enough. You thought sunscreens are enough. hahhhh You know nothing – MR whatever
HERE ARE YOUR SUMMER SKINCARE TIPS :
LITERALLY HAVE SPF IN MEALS :
Ahh what.? Yes eat spf . No don’t start eating your sunscreen,I am talking about those Vitamin C and Vitamin A rich fruits. Papayas Strawberries mangoes tomatoes etc etc.
GET COOL SHOWERS :
Cool showers are great but they are must when it come’s to summer . They help in keeping your pores unblocked and help in reducing acne, hence a cool shower after warm day is must.
Travelling should always be scheduled when it comes to this season. So make sure your outings are all timely. Avoid midday travelling. Say no to travel during 12 pm to 4 pm.
Use a good sunscreen with correct SPF properly and repeat as frequently as required. Sunscreens are good for your screen during summer they don’t have any side effects. Indian fiction – sunscreens are bad.
HYDRATE YOUR SKIN:
Skin hydration is important. Have atleast 10 to 12 glasses of water everyday.
Antioxidants basically consists all that tatstes green. Those quirky green juices. Well if u don’t like green juices Watermelons are a great option. They are great antioxidants.
So these are the few basic tips to take care of yourself during the summer. Try to avoid the midday sun and stay away from sweat. Its the major reasons for skin problems. Always remember to take care of yourself.
